we finnished it all *+* sugoii ne
we can't do miracles but I guess we did a very good job on it
Tomorrow we'll have a test screen on the theater and we'll go to check the sound too
just hope all go good >< and we don't have to be one more day working on the sound
anyway the over and out session on theater will be on 22 at 9pm so its sooooo close the big day ><
in this case I'll be coming only after this day to post how it was.
I's not a very great festival like oscars but its kind of hazukushi ><; they also give prizes for the best short movie, best director, best photography etc..

OK~ we're back! yoshh
so lets see EVRYTHING we did before was to nothing >< I was so mad .. sighhhhh whatever now =.=
we went shoot again the last scene .. although the script last scene was all re-write so it's totally diffrent from what we had before. I liked the new scenes though but loved some lines of the previous one T.T
we shoot again on the 5th of july on the outside of the city museum.. it was a very pretty place and had peacocks all around the place (I took pics.. will post soon ^^)
all went well and it was fun to go back all together and shoot again.
about the sound pos-prodution I started last friday afternoon all alone >< but it went great.. I found out its faster alone. I cleaned all the sound files.. on saturday all day it was to continue and finnish all and start fix the sound better.
anyway seem we only have till the 15th to finnish all the sound.. and the documentary project? that a whole new story v.v
and pp around me or even pp from the net! not understand v.v and not helping me go over all this better. anyway I'm writting this but noone reads nor think! so I'll continue the way I'm right now.. and will very soon get into depression cuz this start to be too much =.= (I rarely eat anyway)
I think some pp ENJOY make others keep on suffer v.v

I couldn't came last time to explain like promised >< busy and lazy at same time lol ^^;
anyway we'r doing the sound but some problems keep in appear to us >< we have some parts where we missing image (simply it not show on the view line or it have an effect and not let it show on the audio program) v.v *sigh* Sound teacher said it cuz we exported wrong the OMF files of audio so he'll help us this thursday hopefully.
till then we'll continue our job while we still have free time on the studio schedule. we finnished set the audio with the actors lines and we started set the audio levels... well my friend did it since he loves that sound program lol I had to go to class in the middle.. =.=
so evrything is kind of TIGHT since prodution teacher want us to finnish the sound this friday!! and my friend that is directing the dcumentary project want me to finnish digitalize some tapes till friday to show to doumentary teacher! *diesss* so crazy!!! >><<< *someone HELP!!!!*

and so we started the audio.. don't ask me much please.. evrything is baka!!
ok so the main prodution told the Sound teacher the edition was locked on the 1st part (only missing the last scene to be shoot soon) but we was watching today and the 1st edition assistant said he wanted to make some little corrections. O.O wth? so its locked or not??.. I swear I don't want to work so that then is all going to trash ><
*fuuuuuuuuuu* hope its not...
one of my friends from sound pos-prodution helped me a bit on the program mainly teach me how to put the tracks into stereo I forgot how was it (its been 1year since I had sound class on that studio.. don't even remember anymore how to turn on the mix-table and the mic in the cabin >< and we'll need it.. seems so that one actor has to be dub)
tomorrow is holly day in my contry so evrything is closed even college (its a saint day of marriage.. many couples marry tomorrow to have blessings from this Saint <3 and we have a very cute festival on the day before its something ONLY portugese tradition and that what makes me love it more since its something only ours and feel proud).. anyway to get in college on this day we need to fill a paper and get it sign by a responsible from the course mainly by the course coordenation.. but noone was tehre today >< we talked to the college gate guards and explain the situation but no garantie if we can get in tom or not ><

jya it was suppose to start the audio pos-prodution yesterday but as expected we couldn't. v.v
Stuff is not going good on this movie (and on the others movies either).
Edition people hadn't finnished the edition yet and we'll have to shoot one scene again.. that means find a new location set and new figuration.. the edition teacher, on yesterday meeting, said it'll be better that the director and his assistants re-write the script again on the last scene. well he's true the last scene indeed is poor on the writting.. but the last scenes are allways hard to write since its mostly the climax ending.
anyway.. the direction team is going to Hungrie as exchange program since some pp from Hungrie came to help in some movies. and only after the 24th of June we'll shoot the last scene.
I told all this to the Sound teacher explain all the situation and he said to start the audio ONLY after the movie is done.. he'll try fit us on the sound room schedule for July... what means we have to stay up all night and sleep all day to work =.= *wuuhuu yayy what a happiness* (ironic)
*sighh* wish us luck.. we must have this finnished before the 16 of July or something cuz its the date of the Big Day to show it on the cinema @.@
but meanwhile I'll be working on the Documentary project about the 'sea men' its about fishing and boats and the sea.... I'm the editor chefe and the pos-prodution for image (and guess for the sound too since I'm the only one good on it lol).
One funny thing XD our cameraman is seasick so he can't go on the boat lol.. its so funny this to happen.
ok so tomorrow I'll work on the Documentary edition .. just playing around since we missing alot of material to-be-shoot next week. but Doc teacher wants to see something next thursday.. she saw the RAW material but better to show a lign of the edition already.

Well.. nothing much to say since they are on the edition process.
but me and my 1st assistant are collecting sounds to mix it all on the pos-prodution after.. ^x^
We still don't have the music!! arghhh >< the prodution is slow ... we need it BEFORE we go in pos-prodution, I mean, next week!! (until the 11th)
and my music video.. posted here already.. has been asked to show on the TV ^0^ <3

my friend went back to continue sync on saturday together with the edition 1st assistant and they finnish it except for some clips that didn't had the claket on the beggin (my friend said the 1st assis. went on sunday to try it.. don't know if its done but since noone complain seem he did it)
Monday had my photography project idea apresentation ><.. teacher liked it more or less =S he told me it was pinochio story and indeed it is ^^;; its about a doll loosing her strings and get alive alone.. but he told me to make the doll more 'alive' with human expressions... evry weekend I'll work on it so hope by the deadline I'm finnish (teacher will also see it and help all weeks on the development)
today (tuesday) has been HELL to me! >o< ahhhhhh *scream* had a field trip to a museum to see a photografy exbit.. it was interesting .. there was a part that was called 'the dark room' O.O indeed it was so dark >.< I hold on my friend arm, she was holding on the wall and walking by it.. all the guys were making fun inside it lol. I don't like dark places where u can't see ANYTHING >s< its scary*
otehr exbit was really cool we got to see ants on the wall by a projection and see mice on the floor running @,@ tehy were so kawaiiii (it was hologram too) they had white fur and red eyes >< so cuteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee <3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3 (I love mice btw ^x^).
then on the end I came home.. but at 6pm had to leave to do my exam..
I wished I hadn't come on the msn on today afternoon v.v I hadn't studied almost anything till the exam and I only had those little hours on the afternoon but NO.. I couldn't study! thank you so much sis! >n< u made me so hell annoyied and cry cuz I couldn't study at all!! ya thankz for worring about me but if you really did worried about me u would worrie if I do good on exam or not! u didn't even sent a message to say sorry and 'hope u do good on exam' or send message after to know how it went!.. and guess what? I didn't do good! the exam went bad! I only hope for all Gods to pass on this.. it'll be a real miracle!
I still guess that I'm the only one worrie on this relation.. I at least sent u many times messages asking about ur exam and wishing luck.. maybe I'm dreaming for something that u can't offer v.v maybe those stupid words 'culture diference' are right.
other than this.. I had a big problem with my ipod touch.. I took a software update from itunes store but it made my ipod freez and not work at all.. thank god went tonight with my dad to the store and the nice tech-guy fix it (although I lost evrything in it T^T all my songs and movies and takki drama-to-watch y.y) anyway tomorrow will be all day put it back to what I had ... I did that stupid update cuz itunes asked it on my account >< and I wanted it to be able to put the games I took into my ipod... live is mizerable!!!

As I said on my last post .. we continued today the lip-sync but as expected we didn't finnished it >.<
I had to leave at 5H p.m to catch the bus back to my hometown to be able to arrive before 7H p.m cuz I need to go to a store to buy some pieces of cloth to make to my doll a dress (photography project).
seem my friend stayied there till 8h p.m or so and he'll go there again tomorrow ><.. unfortunatelly I can't and the edition chefe wants the sync to be all done by monday *kyaaaaa* >< but seem tom.. the edition 1st assistant will be helping my friend to be more fast. but there are some problems we found today.. on some scenes are missing the sound files >< (it was the 2nd sound assistant that was on the audio recorder that day >< its his fault ..sh**t)
the 2nd pos-prodution assistant? its the same baka that was the 2nd audio assistant and he just desapear.. and to tell the truth its better he gone cuz he just make us unfocus and doesn't help at all. *sigh*
tomorrow I'll be all day doing my photography project and study prodution design a bit cuz I'll have exam on tuesday ><
I think I'll only write here again on monday maybe..

Yesterday was only to deliever all the material on the warehouse.. then I went home.
today the chef editor told us she finnished digitalize all the tapes so we started sync the audio with the image on the program.. its a lot of work cuz we have to mark the image clip and the sound clip and in the end the lip-sync has to be all correct >< and sometimes its only a matter of a couple of frames to the lip-sync not be correct =.= *sighh*
its 5 scenes.. we only completed 1 and a half >.< tomorrow afternoon we'll continue it.. we'll not finnish it for sure >.< *scare* but I can't cont do it on saturday cuz I need to come to my hometown to make my photography project.
BTW like I said on my last post .. my job as 1st sound assitant ended good, now I'm audio pos-prodution Director so I'm the chefe of this departement till the end of the project... I so HOPE it goes all good >><< *cross fingers*
mmm since I'll be busy on the weekend I don't know if my 1st assistant wants to cont alone =( it's bad poor guy (btw my 1st assistant was my sound director during the shooting.. now I'll do payback on him =P hehe.. j/k I'm not that evil ^^;)
we'll see it tomorrow then.. cuz we can't delay it for long too cuz then the editor chefe yells at us >< since we taking so long to sync and she can't start editting.

today was the last day!! finnaly it was the end of shootings!.. I'm happy it ended ALL good but at same time it was very fun and I'm sad it ended u.u
the end of shootings its allways a bit sad.. we wish to continue a bit more time since its fun.. anyway I say this cuz we only shoot short-movies.. maybe shooting a drama or a movie is more hard and make people only wanting it to finnish quick. anyway I bet its sad the end! T^T
we shoot the 2nd part of yesterday scene where there was alot of people and cops to arrest the guys.. a total mess.. and the cameraman in the middle.
I had to do the mic again.. we used 2 mics on this scene.. my arms hurt and I got sunburn on my arms >< *itaiii* they are all red like a lobster >><< I already put lotion after shower so I just hope to be ok soon .. and I'm tan on my face ^^ I'm happy cuz I'm white skin so I get happy when I get bit of color lol ^x^;
I also ate ice cream today ^0^ *oishiii* its good to be on sound department.. we always the last ones to arrive and the first to go home and we can stay rest many times (we even went to eat an ice cream =P) but its a hard job since the mic is heavy and it start hurt the arms alot.
the end of the shooting was so funny lol.. we took alot of pics of all together.. we yelled alot the name of the movie.. they drink wine to comemorate (I don't like wine so I didn't drank it).. the guys sing some song.. evryone hugged each other what was a very touching moment.. the director came and hugged me and my friend cuz we were the sound dep. ... 3 pp hug ^^ its cute and he said "thank you u 2 did a great work" its was very touching he's very nice.. the fotografy director also hugged us..
the 2nd assistant? lol well.. after we did the group photo he had to go cuz he had to go watch a concert.. =.= oh ya.. he's baka no dought .. I think that 1st is the work right? f**ck the concert!
now.. some of the pp went have dinner and drink.. I'm not very fan of drink so I came home.. I'm so tired and my arms are still burning ><
anyway.. to sum evrything.. the shooting was GREAT and FUN!!! \^0^/
now they will digitalize the tapes and we (the sound department) have to go there to sync evrything.. then they go to edition process and when they finnish we start the sound pos-prodution.. I'll write about it later anyway..
I'll just go rest good now.. write tomorrow or after since tomorrow we'll only deliever the material on the warehouse.

it's almost done .. yayyyy ^0^ *gambatte ne* just ONE more day left of shootings
we shoot the rest of the yesterday scene.. when the guys leave the van and bit of fight and yell.. very good acting!!
the guy then goes up to the van roof and yell.. then he come down and jump and pull a string that will make a painting cloth fall and make something like a scenary behind him.
It was SO HOT today .. =.= we had to stay under the sun alot.. many of my friends had already their arms and back burn and hurt.. I knew it would be like this so I took a white jacket with hood to cover my head from the sun.. since its white it reflects the sun so I get less hot.. and also since I'm bit of 'snake blood', I don't feel much hot so I can take a jacket on me... like I always say.. being hot from the sun is only phsicologic if u think ur with cold u really get cold.. its just a mental state ^^
today I hold the mic ^^; .. but I'm so short on heigh that I can't make a 90º angle with the mic over the actors heads ><.. and it hurts the arms too.
but it seems evrything went fine.
I swear I don't have anymore words about the 2nd assistant except for BAKA!!! >< arghhh.. u know a 7 year old kid? he behaves exactelly like that.. he never still.. touch on evrything even if it not belongs to him... only say stupid stuff... etc etc etc =.= I get tired .. and yesterday (I forgot to tell) he climb the college building with his own hands!! .. u know the french spiderman? he did the same... climb a 3 floor building on college and very quick.
once again I'm LOVING the cattering! so GREAT prodution!! <3<3<3<3
we eating so great food and have plenty of water to drink. *+*
tomorrow will be the worst day... even though the sound department only have to appear at 1h p.m on the set .. the day will have alot of figuration and fight with cops and they go to jail. its scene 4... lets just hope that the shootings ends great!

so tired.. lol.. =.=
but today was much more ligh no dough....
we shoot the scene when the guys wake up inside a van and the guy say the other guy and the girl were having sex behind his back and argue with them... she says its not true blah blah and she touch the guy *ahem* (his chinchin ii =P) to provoque him.
the other guy was huging an elephante.. he's sooooooo cute >< *kyaa* this guy look so adorable REALLY look like a little kid <3
about sound.. they made a wood extension for the van and put around cloth what was great for sound since it was all closed and no wind.. the sound was GREAT.. but we still had to have an audio take just to have some special sounds like pans or the guy laught. yesterday we had to do it too and we record the sound enviroment too ..
the 2nd assistant is driving me crazy >< ok today we were without anything to do since the mic was hold on the van roof to hear them and the sound director was on the audio record .. but still he was allways asking if he could go to his car >< I mean ya we not doing anything but that doesn't mean we can go to the car sleep! and I argued with him today cuz he had his feet on the chair arm where my friend (sound director) was seated.. I told him to take them off from there cuz its rude and baka! and my friend can't move his arms to control better the recorder.. and he didn't took off his feet >< keep asking "why do I need to take them off? tell me why" I was so annoyed >< arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
can't he understand that IS RUDE!?!?! >>><<<
the sound departement was not need today afternoon so I got home at 5pm (the other days I only got home at 10pm or so) I'm resting good now =.= my legs hurt.. mmmm
tomorrow we'll go shoot on an open mall .. means many pp will be there and alot of sun so lets hope evrything goes well.. mainly on the sound.

this second day was worse than the first day no dough.. I'm more tired each day =.= omg gambatte ne miron! its only left more 3 days of shootings.. *fighto OH*
we shoot again the inspector scene with the 2nd actor.. there was even a fight lol so cool acting! @@
we got really late on this shootings.. we also shoot a scene on the hall of the police station.
then we only got lunch time at 3:30h p.m till then we were ALL HUNGRY cuz the prodution didn't had enough food to evryone and they took long in get more food.
on afternoon we shoot the scene of them leaving the police station.. it was so noisy for the sound >< that we had to shoot that in other place JUST for the sound (no image) hope evrything gets sync. ><
again I'm not going to comment much about the 2nd sound assistent >< he's totally baka! *sighhhhhhhh* and is so annoying when we want to work and he's totally playing with the mic stand and the cable =.= even the director today yelled a bit at him.. but he takes evrything to a joke.. its so damn annoying!
ok tomorrow we'll have a more ligh day.. the sound and the image departments don't need to stay at the afternoon since they'll go photograph the movie opening.
BUT I don't know when is their 'afternoon' cuz we've been having lunch at 3pm XS
anyway its good to rest =.= mainly my legs they hurt so much from stand all day.
btw I'm sad I can't take pics with my mobile of the shoot place T^T prodution doesn't let to have the mobiles on >< so.. sorry I can't put cute pics on my reports.

Today was the first day fuuuuuuu so f**ing tired .. hurt so much my legs and feet =.=
I'm right now seat on the couch and my legs up on a soft 'puff' so good <3
ok so the day went GREAT.. the actress was some minutes late but no worries.
Evry department did their jobs perfect.. except for the cattering about snacks and cookies lol.. seem they all desapeared sudden and if they are with chocolate *ouch* 5min and they're all gone ^^; *so sad*
we shoot the actress being asked by the police inspector.. she even took a lipstick and a fan from between her breasts! lol it was so funny.. then she had to bend a bit (like flirt with the inspector) and the director didn't yell CUT lol.. guess why? ya to see her breasts lol guys are really stupid in this way XD no offence.. I have great guys friend ;)
We got bit late on the shootings so we had lunch more late.. we had chicken with chips.. lol GREAT cattering!!! ^0^y
on the afternoon we shoot the other scene with one actor also being asked by the police inspector .. he had to cry and the inspector was all mad and hit the table.. was really impressive acting! @@ sugoii~~ <3
about my department.. we found out that we had the wrong cable to link the mix table to the audio recorder.. but no stress (we still need the cable though.. we'll try get it tom while they record by sending the 2nd assistant)
Now, I'm not the kind of person that talk bad stuff about others but really, what annoys me MOST is pp being unprofessional! when they get away of their responsabilities. fuuuuuu want to kill them all! ><
I'm talking about the 2nd assistant of sound .. that is my own assistant. He's the style of getting late to evrywhere like 1h or so.. and then he allways worried about the time to go home.. I mean this is work we only go home when the director says he finnished all his shoots! and the must today was that he sudden desapeared when we finnished the shooting and left me and the sound director store all the sound equipment.. we were like looking at each other wandering where he went O,O o,o
*sigh* hate this kind of pp! and the last one of his is that he didn't recorded the sound of one plan so you guys tell me! should we get mad or not in this type of "professionalism"?
I'm a perfectionist type of person.. I like evrything I'm into to be perfect! what can annoys some pp and think this as my negative point. but in the end is my positive point ne? to have the stuff perfect is great! (takki is a perfectionist too.. he always do the best to get all perfect)
I'm starting to think like my guy friend always says "pp are strange." he so right!. I mean I'm in a project with pp I didn't even talked all this 3 years and this guy I met today early morning (evryone was late.. we were the only ones there) and he was all nice and invited me to get in his car to not stay on the cold while waitting for evryone.. I was like "0.0 what is going on sudden? pp are very nice this year.. SO strange ><" bit hazukushi you know?
ok now its time to rest good (have to wake again at 6am =.=) cuz tom is to cont this of the inspector and some more scenes. we'll hope to evrything go great like today **

Tomorrow is the BIG day!
I'm so f**ing tired that noone can even imagine =.= *want to scream*
ok so today we went to the field trip that I talked on the last post.. about the visit to a TV set where they constroi all the sets used on the soup opera (ex: rooms, kitchens, etc etc).. it was cool but was a small place and thought it had more sets.
the pos-prodution of the sound we couldn't do it since the teacher hadn't accept our request to use the audio room. >< he didn't got the mail (only after 3h he got the mail but it was too late ><) God knows what'll happen for the pos-prodution.
the last rehearsel didn't happened either.. I don't know why very well to tell the truth.. heard the van that we'll use was not there yet .. mm dunno u.u
there was problems to get the material of sound .. this happens when the prodution pp don't get in contact with all the departments >< so then it happens all this shit.. for godden sake why they didn't talked with us about what we need ne?? *sigh* nothing to do.. we missing one 'lapela' mic and 2 earphones but.. oh well.. nothing to do =.=
Evryone today was like running to all the places on the college campus.. evry departmant was busy-busy and running except the sound department lol.. so we just seat on the bench while waitting to make time for the material and the suppost 'reahersal' and we were like watching evryone ^^; all busy only us seated and resting .. I think the other departments were like "those guys don't do anything .. good life they have.. shit" like jealous ne? ^^ lol Sound rules!!! hehe =P
ok so tom is BIG day! we'll start shoot at 8h a.m till 7h p.m (*dies* since its national holiday 'workers day' so there are less bus so I'll have to leave home at 6:30 a.m!! fuu) I wanted to try take pic with my mobile phone but I think I'll not be able to since on shooting locations the mobiles HAVE to be OFF!! its like the GOLDEN RULE .. mobile off NOT in silent mode! I'll try sneek anyway ^p^
Ah if you're wandering what the meaning of Dell'Art on the title its cuz is the title of the movie I'm in.. the story is based on the ancient Italian comedy called Dell'Art.. the story is 3 pp are arrested and tell the story like in flashback..
ANYWAY keep track of my report that I'll tell what hapened in each scene we do each day.

We had the last meeting today morning.. some stuff is not going very well -_- there are problems about the extra cast to the 5th of May (need about 25 pp and there are like only 10 pp or not), and problem about the material .. seem all the stuff is saved to other group leaving us with less stuff BUT seem the warehouse have extra stuff saved out of the list.. so we'll ask to use those.
About my department (sound) evrything is GOOD ^^ <3
we also had another reahersal today with the actors .. to test also the image and the sound. it was on a room to be the police room.. and .. well.. v_V there are reverbs on the sound .. bit of problem.. but seem the 'lapela' mics don't catch much reverb so seem we might have to use them. Tomorrow me and my friend will go make a pos-prodution test to try to see if we can take off the reverb or not. wish us luck! >< **
ok so now I should go rest.. tomorrow have college trip to a TV set where they shoot the soup opera.. and then have the pos-prodution test plus the last reharsel.
OMG tomorrow is the last day!! >< *kyaaaaaa*

My class Final Project is going to start >.< so nervous *scream*
My final project is to do one 7minutes short-movie .. lol ok its not the first time we do this but this is difrent way, its like to join all the knowledge and make a short-movie to go for the cinema!!! OMG >< and to get in competition (like CANNES festivals) kyaaaaaa ><
we have 4 short-movies to do in our class (note that we're like 100 something in the class) and each one has like 20 pp working, directing assistants, sound and his assistants, set decorator, actor directing, camera and his assistants, prodution and his assistants, etc... We're ALOT in the project and each one has only ONE or TWO functions.
I'm sound assistant I help the mic-guy in evrything he needs and I work with the fostex (machine that records the sound .. pp not record it to camera anymore if you thinking that.. also its more safe for the sound like this) mainly I just have to set the audio levels on the right level (between 20 and -12) and have to set it to record.
I'm also on the pos-prodution of sound (and have 2 assistants with me) mainly my function is to sync all the audio with the image and then put the extras sounds on the pos-prodution.. note if u think all the sound in movies or drama are all recorded on the set you're WRONG its pp like me that make them (litterally make them) and join evrything. Ah and ofcorse its also me that put the music on the movie.
Anyway all of this is controled by the director (my classmate) .. poor guy >< I feel sorry in a way for him.. its hard to control all of this sudden.
As me and my friend are responsible for the sound we already did several sound tests on the locations on the previous month.. some problems came up but all controled now by the prodution staff.
OK I must finnish now.. I'll try comming here to write evryday till 8 or 9 of May. I'll be reporting evrything of the movie ^^
Finnally this will be my REAL diary not as director though but I do help in directing the sound ^__^ hehe this will be good to the futur to remember this BIG project. lol ^x^
