Here's the first plagiarism case I found '1 year ago' (I don't remember very well xs)...
Everyone knows Gackt, right? he's probably the most known japanese singer. I fangirled him for some days in the past, I just love his sexy voice XD..now ...hmm.. I think I got tired of his music kana~

They're a taiwanese boys band called Typhoon...don't mistake with the korean Typhoon.

from what I read, Toro (the one on the red jacket) claimed that he wrote the music, he didn't stole it, I didn't read anything about Gackt doing anything about it though. I don't know why they did that >_< they have cool musics and their MV's are super cool!
But I read recently that they credit Gackt in their album for that music.
I like more the Typhoon version than the one of Gackt though...the chorus is much more fun 'bye bye...' *dances along*
